Shayla Treadwell

Dr. Shayla Treadwell is ECS's Vice President of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Shayla oversees the company's information security programs, which help drive stakeholder collaboration on information technology (IT) governance, risk, compliance, and assurance issues. She is also responsible for establishing ECS's cybersecurity risk management practice. Shayla is the co-founder of the Treadwell Agency, a small consulting firm dedicated to advising businesses on digital transformation, strategic planning, and IT security. Her postgraduate studies are focused on organizational leadership and examine the correlation between information security and leadership practices.
